Lena Cash Policy

Lena Cash is a FREE rewards program for registered users!

ELIGIBILITY 

All customers who have registered an account on our website, be they first timers or returning customers, will receive Lena Cash. Although every registered user on Lena Dee’s website will receive Lena Cash, no one will be obligated to make use of it.

HOW TO EARN LENA CASH

There are three ways you can earn Lena Cash:

  1. Registering an account will earn 50 points.
  2. Reviewing a Product that was purchased on a previous order while logged in to your account will earn 25 points.
  3. Making a purchase of any qualifying product at https://lenadees.com will earn 1.5 points for every $1 spent after all discounts, offers, coupons and Lena Cash discounts are applied. The amount paid for taxes, shipping cost and restocking fees will not be included as a spent dollar towards earning points.

NOTE: Qualifying products do not include eGift Cards, VIP Modest Membership, VIP Upscale Membership, Final Sale Items nor any Custom Order Products.

The total amount of points that can be earned on an order is shown at the top of the ‘Cart Page’ and ‘Checkout Page’. Those points will be added to your balance after the completion of the order. Points accumulated during a current order, will not be available for the current order, but any future order.

REDEEMING LENA CASH

The User must be logged in at https://lenadees.com and have at least 25 points available to redeem Lena Cash on qualifying products. Twenty-five (25) points have a value of one dollar Lena Cash. (E.g. 125 points = $5 Lena Cash)

NOTE: Qualifying products do not include eGift Cards, VIP Modest Membership, VIP Upscale Membership, Final Sale Items nor any Custom Order Products.

At the top of the ‘Cart Page’ and ‘Checkout Page’ you will be asked about applying a Lena Cash discount on the order.

  1. If you would like the Lena Cash discount applied (The maximum discount on any order is $250 Lena Cash. WOW! that is a lot), click on the ‘APPLY DISCOUNT’ button, then a drop down will appear at the top of the page with the number of points (highlighted in blue) available for the current order.

2. Press ‘OK’ to use the full amount of the points. To use a portion of the points, type in the desired amount and click on ‘OK’.

3. Press the cancel button to reserve the points for later, then complete the payment process.

4. An invoice stating the redeemed amount (shown as a Discount) will be sent to the email address after the order is completed.

If there are any remaining points, they will be available for use on a future order. 

LENA CASH BALANCE

Lena Cash discount must be redeemed on https://lenadees.com and has no cash value. Points will expire two (2) years after being granted to a user. Users cannot transfer any amount of their balance.

Check your points on a desktop or tablet (please sign in first):

  1. Click ‘Account Sign In”
  2. Click ‘Account Overview”
  3. Click ‘My Lena Cash’

A page will be loaded showing your current Lena Cash balance and points history. The balance will also be shown at the top of the ‘Cart Page’ and ‘Checkout Page’.

POINTS ON RETURNED ITEMS

The return of a qualifying purchase will result in the lost of points awarded on the purchase. The points will be deducted from the account during the return process. If points are not available, the points-to-cash equivalency will be deducted from the return amount owed. See the Returns Policy for the process.
