Pay Ahead Plan Policy

WHAT IS THE PAY AHEAD PLAN?

It is a plan allowing a customer to purchase more points per dollar than could be earned through the Lena Cash rewards program. The points purchased through the Pay Ahead Plan will become Lena Cash and will be redeemed like those points of the Lena Cash Policy.

Lena Cash discount earned from the ‘Pay Ahead Plan’ must be redeemed on https://lenadees.com and has no cash value. Points will not expire. Customers cannot transfer any amount of their balance.

ENROLLMENT FEE

Users will NOT be charged a sign-up fee for enrollment into the Pay Ahead Plan.

PAY AHEAD PLAN COST

There are three plans to choose from; the Basic Plan, the Enhanced Plan and the Ultimate Plan.

  • the Basic Plan costs $50. It rewards a total of 1375 points.
  • the Enhanced Plan costs $100. It rewards a total of 2800 points.
  • the Ultimate Plan costs $150. It rewards a total of 4275 points.

Lena Dee’s reserves the right to increase or decrease the price of these plans at any time without prior notice. 

PURCHASING A PAY AHEAD PLAN

  1. Login to your account or register for an account.
  2. Select one of the plans by clicking the ‘GET ME’ button on the desired plan.
  3. After the new page opens, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button on the page. The plan will then be added to the cart.
  4. Review the ‘Cart Page’ to ensure the correct plan was selected.
  5. Proceed to checkout.

USING YOUR POINTS

If the order total is ‘equal to’ or ‘more than’ the amount of available points, customers can use all of the points on the account. Orders totals that are more than available points will need added funds.

If the order total is less than the amount of available points, the customer can select how many point to use to pay for the order up to enough to cover the entire order. If the customers choses to use a portion of points less than the total amount, the customer will need added funds to complete the order. At anytime a customer have points left over after a purchase, the points will remain on the customer account for future purchases.
