Private Labeling Policy

CAREFULLY READ THE ENTIRE PRIVATE LABELING POLICY TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE MAKING AN INFORMED DECISION. After reviewing the private labeling policy thoroughly and you have questions, feel free to contact us for clarification.  But we urge that you do not use Lena Dee’s as a private-label manufacturer unless your understanding is clear and you agree with our guidelines.


These steps must be completed to order Private Label Products;

  • Complete the registration form (the button link to the registration form is at the bottom of this page),
  • A copy of your business license or resell permit must be uploaded on the registration form or emailed to,
  • Wait for an email determining approval.

Lena Dee’s in turn will

  • Acknowledge receipt of your account information by email
  • Vet your licensure information for accuracy
  • Notify you of approval or rejection by email


Lena Dee’s requires the initial purchase of 156 units from all Private Labeling Customers. (Lena Dee’s reserves the right to change this minimum amount at any time)

The ‘CART PAGE’ shows sets of twelve. The minimum opening order is thirteen (13) sets.


Lena Dee’s requires a minimum order of 120 units on all orders after the initial purchase. (Lena Dee’s reserves the right to change this minimum amount at any time)

The ‘CART PAGE’ shows sets of twelve. The minimum reorder is twenty (10) sets.


All of our physical products are available for private labeling, except the bargain bundles and the products on the Wholesale Buyer product list. Any allowed product that is not on the Private Labeling product list, will be added at your request.

Products must be purchased in sets of twelve (12).


Bath Bars: unit cost of $4.15, (12): $49.80

Bath Bars Signature Line: unit cost of $4.85, (12): $58.20

Lena Dee’s reserves the right to amend the cost and alter discount.


Lena Dee’s DOES NOT supply any labels. The responsibility of purchasing and putting labels on the product will be that of the customer. Bar soaps will come in a plain white box. Customers can send their own boxes to Lena Dee’s for packaging (this will reduce the price).

We will email the ingredient list for each product once the order is processed.


Click-on the words ‘Account SIGN IN‘ on the navigation menu. Using the information you created your account with, securely sign in to your account. The Private Labeling Product List page will open (this is the only page Private Labeling can be order from to receive products at a bulk discount.) Click on the ‘Add to cart’ button of the desired products needed to fulfill the minimum purchasing requirement (remember each click is 12 units). After all items are place in the cart, go to the cart page and then review the order for accuracy. If all is well, proceed to checkout. If you need someone to walk you through the initial order, please reach us through the contact page and leave a phone number with the area code (we will NOT text the instructions).

NOTE: If the minimum quantity requirement is not met, the purchase cannot be completed until the shopping cart is populated with the requirement of the rule.


The Customer will receive a full refund on any cancelled order, if the order has not been assembled for packaging.

The Customer will pay a restocking fee of $50 on any cancelled order, if the order has not left Lena Dee’s for shipping.

If the order has been picked up for shipping, being delivered to a shipping facility or being shipped, no refund will be granted.


Lena Dee’s cannot guarantee the purity of any product once it has been shipped. With this in mind, we cannot restock, then resale any item. Therefore, Lena Dee’s will not accept returns.


The total cost of shipping is the responsibility of the Customer. International orders will be responsible for shipping cost, customs charges, duties and taxes.

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and zone location of the shipping address.

A handling fee of 0.9% will be calculated on the cart page. E.g. subtotal x .009 = handling fee.


All orders are shipped by FedEx or the United States Postal Services (U.S.P.S.) once the payment is cleared. An alternate service will be utilized if needed.

If you have a shipping contractor, please contact us with the information after your application has been approved.


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s), once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


US orders can be received within 1-4 days from the time of shipment. International orders can take 4-10 days from the time of shipment. Holidays and weekends will set the delivery schedule back.

Please understand that the schedule above gives expected delivery dates. There can be many factors that can offset the expected delivery dates in which Lena Dee’s cannot control.


Lena Dee’s is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We strongly suggest that you save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
