DOMESTIC SHIPPING

DESTINATIONS

Lena Dee’s domestic shipping includes the contiguous 48 US states, Alaska and Hawaii.

https://lendees.com ships packages to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO locations.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All online orders are processed within one (1) business day after payments have been cleared. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by one (1) business day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and zone location of the shipping address. The rates are right at actual weight cost to ship an order until it goes over 2 pounds. After the weight goes over 2 pounds, the rate will start to decrease each time a pound is added, this will continue until the weight reaches 5 pounds. Customers can calculate and preview shipping charges on the ‘Cart Page’.

A handling fee of 95 cents will be added to each order.

NOTE: A 6% sales tax charge will be applied on the shipping cost of orders with a Michigan shipping address.

Shipping rate increases

Each year during the month of January, USPS will increase shipping rates. At the time of these rate increases by USPS, Lena Dee’s will verify the rates for each zone and only make changes that are needed to cover the shipping cost. 

The 2021 rate increases will be finalized no later than January 28, 2021.

Shipping zones for each state is listed as follows:

Zones 1-5: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, *Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Tennessee, South Carolina, Virginia, Washington D.C., West Virginia.

Zone 6: Connecticut, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, Wisconsin.

Zone 7: Oklahoma, Texas, Wyoming.

Zone 8: Arizona, Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, Utah.

Zone 9: Alaska, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Washington.

SHIPPING METHODS

Services include FedEx Ground, United States Postal Services (U.S.P.S.) first class mail or priority mail service. An alternate service will be utilized if needed.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s), once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DELIVERIES

Orders can be received within 1-4 days from the time of shipment. Holidays and weekends will set the delivery schedule back.

Please understand that the schedule above gives expected delivery dates. There can be many factors that can offset the expected delivery dates in which Lena Dee’s cannot control.

DAMAGES

https://lenadees.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We strongly suggest that you save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

DESTINATIONS

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES AND TAXES

https://lenadees.com is not responsible for any custom fees, duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer. We do not determine these fees or gain financially from them.

We encourage you to educate yourself about extra VAT or customs charges applied within your country.  Many international customers may need to pay these extra fees before they can receive their parcels.  Be aware so that you are not caught off-guard by extra charges, or end up having your parcel returned to us because it sat too long “unclaimed” at your local postal service office.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and country of the shipping address. Customers can calculate and preview shipping charges on the ‘Cart Page’.

SHIPPING METHODS

United States Postal Services (U.S.P.S.) First Class Package International. This is for packages that weigh 4 pounds or less. It can take up to 3 weeks or more to deliver a package. If you DO NOT want this service, you can select a different service on the cart page.

United States Postal Services (U.S.P.S.) Priority Mail International will deliver a package in 6-10 business days.

ORDER TRACKING

It’s common to see a package’s tracking status stop updating once it has left the USA, even though it’s still on its way.
